* First release on CD of classic punk band, creators of
the "Goth" movement and positive punk , who had 4 number one records in the UK independant
chart.
* Contains the whole of their only full album "For Madmen Only " along with a best of the non album singles, including punk anthem "For My Country" and the 11 minute "Werewolf " that John Peel played 5 nights in a row on it's release.
* The band were among the first punk groups to make music outside
of the 1234 original punk style, along with Killing Joke and Bauhaus,
but retained the punk spirit, touring the UK and the US with The
Dead Kennedys. They also toured the West Coast of America in 1981
with the likes of DOA, Black Flag, Circle Jerks and X.
* The band are back and touring in 2009, having recently headlined "The Drop Dead Festival" in Lisbon, Portugal, and finished a 3 date sell out tour of Italy, in Milan,
Bologna and Rome, the band are headling the WGT Festival in Leipzig,
Germany in June and are a headliner at the Rebellion
Festival in
Blackpool, England in August
* The band have invitations to tour the US, Germany, Holland, Belgium
and France in 2010.
* The band have been quoted as an influence by such acts as Nine
Inch Nails, Evanescence and Tool.
